Terms and Conditions - Supply of Custom Goods Via SupplyStock by SupplyCompass
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Supplycompass (as defined below) and govern the provision of the Services (as defined below) provided by Supplycompass to you. By registering to receive the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Services are provided by SUPPLYCOMPASS LTD incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 0988768 whose registered office is at Work.Life, 20 Jerusalem Passage, Clerkenwell, London, EC1V 4JP (“Supplycompass").
Prior to placing an order, you should read the terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions in full then we cannot accept your order.
Acceptance of your Order
We will acknowledge the submission of your order after you press “Complete Checkout”. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from SupplyCompass. We will review your submission and confirm via email that we are able to fulfil your order to the required specifications. We will take pre-payment for your goods on submission of your order.
We may not accept the an order due to one of the following, or any other reason stated by SupplyCompass:
-The product you have ordered is not in stock
-Inability to authorise your payment
-A pricing error occurring.
-It not being possible to print your design due to complexity or other technical reasons.
-Breach or attempted breach of any Terms and Conditions
-If we believe the order may include copyrighted or trademarked images symbols logos or marks, indecent images, or prints symbols or text that in our opinion others may find offensive
Orders will be confirmed by email. Should you not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Because we start work on your order immediately after submission, it will not be possible to cancel your order.

Design & Artwork
You are responsible for ensuring images are of sufficiently high resolution to obtain the results you are expecting, and that the specification of your garments will meet your needs. For all artwork we recommend using images that are at least 300 dpi.
You warrant that you own the copyright or have the correct commercial print licences in place for all images and or artwork uploaded or otherwise submitted through any sales channel. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and all connected parties, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising as a result of any claim resulting from the unlawful use of any images or artwork that you do not have the commercial rights, permissions or licences to print.
The product images shown on the site are a digital representation of the physical product that you will receive. Please note that images can appear differently on the screen when compared with real life. We can therefore not guarantee that the finished product and print will look exactly as it is displayed on the screen.
We always aim to have products in stock, however there may from time to time be stock shortages. When this occurs we will notify you immediately to rectify the situation. This will likely be a small delay in fulfilling your order due to the time required to replenish the stock.
We accept payment by Visa (Credit and Debit), MasterCard, American Express. We accept card payments in GBP only via Stripe.
Price are shown on our website in GBP exclusive of VAT. Prices may change as required, with immediate effect.
Standard delivery costs £13 + £4 per (0-50) of additional T shirts.
UK Delivery: Please allow 14 days for delivery of products you have purchased on the SupplyCompass website. Time shall not be of the essence in relation to this contract.
Acceptance of delivery:
We will require you to take delivery of the goods ordered when tendered to you. We will not be held liable for charges imposed by couriers for the inability of delivery to occur.
Customised items cannot be returned unless faulty, incorrectly supplied. If you have a complaint about the product that has been produced then please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a suitable remedy.
Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Returns are sent at your risk and proof of postage does not constitute proof of delivery. We therefore recommend sending your goods ‘signed for’.
We may change the SupplyCompass website and correct or update information (including product information) on it from time to time without notice. Except in relation to the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website.
We do not represent or warrant that the material contained in the website, any of the functions of the website and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error-free, free from defects, viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.
Liability and Indemnity
We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us).
You agree to indemnify us and any related parties against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
Upon the delivery of the goods ordered or at such time as the goods are first tendered for delivery on our behalf to you, the risk of damage to or loss of the goods ordered shall pass to you.
At all times the legal and equitable title in the goods ordered shall not pass to you and shall only do so, if and when, we have received the clearance of your full payment for the goods and any interest due under these Terms and Conditions.
We are obliged to reserve all our legal rights in the goods ordered until title in the same passes to you under these Terms and Conditions.
The website is controlled and operated in the UK. These Terms and Conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or any order you place on the website.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
